Window: Employee roles

The window contains a list of roles that can be assigned to employees. The role assigned to an employee determines the rights to create and view reports. In window, the user can find the following functions:

 [Add] – adds the employee template type to the list.

[Change] – allows the user to edit the employee’s role template.

 [Delete] – deletes the item checked on the list.

Role edition

Window: Role edition is used to name the role and to assign rights to a given role. Assignment of a role to an employee is done in the window: Employee card, in the tab: Roles.

The tab is used to assign rights to a given role. The list of rights that can be assigned consist of:

Cost Allocation Administrator

Report Book Administrator – the role containing this right is an administrative role. An employee “pinned” to such a role has full rights to define and view analyses and manage reports

Intranet applications:

Access to Intranet RCP – this right will allow the user access to Intranet-based employee RCP information

Access to Intranet absence registration – this right will allow the user registration of absences from the level of Intranet applications

Access to Intranet employee information – enables access to employee data displayed in Intranet applications on the tab: Info

Access to Intranet work cards – allows for editing of work cards

Access to salary allocator – enables the editing of salary allocator

Edition of the time in Intranet work cards – allows to edit the work time in the module: Work cards

Edition of the description in Intranet work cards – allows to edit descriptions in the module: Work cards

Edition of items in the Intranet allocator

Edition of RCP records (subordinate) – enables for editing individual RCP records

Edition of RCP records (own) – enables for editing own RCP records

Modification of absences available to managers

Modification of absences available to the general public

Confirmation of absences available to managers

Confirmation of absences available to the general public

Change of RCP descriptions (subordinate) – enables the edition of RCP descriptions of subordinates

Change of RCP descriptions (own) – enables for editing own RCP records.

Tasks of employees:

Access to subordinate tasks – permission to view and edit the task mailbox of subordinate employees according to the subordinate structure (window: Employee mailbox, tab: Tasks of subordinates) and the tasks of subordinates recorded in the schedule

Modification of subordinate tasks – authorisation to change the supervisor of a specific process and modify the tasks recorded in the schedule.

Example

Example: Schedule. There is a worker A, who has been granted rights to view and modify the tasks of the centre’s employees. He sees a task in the schedule in which employees with different roles are placed as objects: 1. employee B (has the right to view/modify the tasks of the employees of the centre) and 2. manager C (has the right to view/modify the tasks of subordinate employees). Then such a task should be opened in the mode for viewing, without the possibility of editing. The only exception to this rule is if employee A is also on the object list.

Contractor’s dashboard– a role with the right: Contractor’s dashboard, enables to use the functionality of the module: Comarch ERP Contractor’s dashboard.

Intranet documents flow – role with permission: Documents flow, allows employee access to the documents flow application.

On the tab there are the following buttons:

[Add rights to a role] – is used to assign rights to a role, opening a window: Rights.

[Delete] – removes the right from the list of rights assigned to the role.

PLM – roles for PLM application, registration, handling, and analysis of products and product groups in different stages of their life.
