Archived stock levels

The window displays a list of archived stock levels for the selected group of goods.

The information is displayed in columns:

Code – product code.

Name – product name.

Warehouse – the warehouse for which the stock of goods is displayed.

Date – the day on which the stock is displayed.

Commercial – commercial quantity of goods in stock (to be sold).

Stock – the quantity of goods in stock.

Accounting – the book value of the goods.

Actual – the actual value of the goods.

The window contains the following fields and functions:

Group – indicates a group of goods for which a list of archived goods states will be displayed.

Date – indicates the date by which the goods statuses will be displayed.

Warehouse – indicates the warehouse for which the stock will be displayed.

[Update list] – initiates the procedure for updating the historical states displayed in the list.

[List] – when pressed, a list of archived stock levels will be displayed.

[Preview] – allows previewing the card of the goods selected in the list.

[Enable/Disable summing] – enabled function sums the value of the items in the list.
