Document definitions
Before starting the work with the module, the user needs to define the parameters which will characterise the documents registered in the system. It can be done in the window: Document definitions, in the module: Administrator. Each of the documents listed in the chapter: Document configuration has its own definition based on which the relevant entries are made. Detailed description of the window: Document definitions, can be found in the documentation of the module: Administrator.
Attributes to documents
Documents can be made more specific thanks to attributes. Defining attributes is done in the module: Administrator (window: Attributes definition, tab Attributes class. Then the attributes classes can be assigned to objects being order documents listed in the chapter: Document configuration (window: Attributes definition, tab: Objects). Only thus defined, attributes can be assigned to specific documents.

An important ban for the operator, conditioning their work in this module, is the ban: Advanced orders operations. This ban can be set just like all other bans in the window: Operator, on the tab: Bans. More information on setting bans for an operator is available in the module documentation: Administrator.
