Token vs. online mode

The use of a token has no impact on the offline mode. To be able to use the offline functionality, it is necessary to generate a KSeF certificate dedicated to handling the offline mode. It is not possible to handle the offline mode using other certificates or tokens, which is why it is important to ensure that KSeF certificates for offline mode handling are installed during the preparation for work with KSeF.

Is it possible to print an invoice visualization from KSeF?

Yes, the system allows for the printing of an invoice visualization. The visualization can be printed from the Cockpit: Documents application. After opening the invoice preview in this application, you should then select the [CTRL] + [P] keys on your keyboard.
