The Cockpit: Repository documents application allows you to browse documents exported to the BPM repository.

The application consists of a header and a workspace.

Header

The header contains fields that allow you to filter data according to defined criteria.

• Voucher type – allows you to restrict the displayed data to a selected document type created in Comarch ERP Enterprise. The following values are available:
  • Customer invoice
  • Pro forma invoice
  • Loading list
  • Delivery slip
  • Sales contract confirmation
  • Purchase contract confirmation
  • Order confirmation
  • Picking order
  • Production order slip
  • Quotation
  • RFQ
  • Purchase order document
  • Supplier invoice
  • Inventory order
  • Other document
  • Service message
• Document type – allows you to search for data based on the document type used to save the document in Knowledge Store. The type is defined in the Document types application.
• Repository document type – allows you to restrict the displayed data to a selected document type defined in the repository
• Document name – allows you to narrow down the document search by its name

Workspace

The workspace displays results filtered according to the criteria defined in the header. The results table consists of the following columns:

• Voucher type – displays the type of document created in the Comarch ERP Enterprise system
• Document type – displays the Comarch ERP Enterprise document category
• Repository document type – displays the repository document type
• Document name – displays the document name
