Function: Comarch DMS Integration

The integration of Comarch ERP Enterprise with Comarch BPM requires defining a connection between these systems. Settings are entered in the Comarch DMS integration function within the Customizing application.

Comarch DMS integration function

  • Label – Comarch DMS integration
  • Technical name – sem.ext.app.dms.DMS
  • Required license – sem.ext.app.dms.DMS
  • Deactivation option – yes
  • Function – the field presents the name of the currently opened function
  • Relevant for – the field contains information about the areas to which the Comarch DMS integration function applies
  • Use OLTP client data – a parameter allowing subsidiary companies to inherit the settings of the parent company
  • Active – a parameter allowing the activation of the module and the definition of values in the workspace for the selected organization

Settings tab

The following fields are available on the Settings tab of the Comarch DMS integration function:

  • Data exchange log enabled – a parameter allowing for the activation of data exchange logging between Comarch ERP Enterprise and Comarch BPM

Repository section

  • Protocol – allows you to select the protocol used for communication with the repository. The following values are available:
    • http
    • https
  • Server address – allows you to enter the server address for connection with the repository
  • Viewer address – allows you to enter the address for document preview in the repository
