Sales summary

The tab Sales Summary available in the window POS Summary presents data related to trade transactions processed within a given session.

Sales Summary window

The tab displays the following details:

  • Total Sales – it presents the value of issued receipts and invoices, not including advance invoices and invoices generated from receipts
  • Total Sales excluding Discounts – it presents a total value in the system currency, excluding granted discounts
  • Value of Granted Discounts – it is a difference between the values of the fields Total Sales and Total Sales excluding Discounts
  • Value of Vouchers Sold – it does not include vouchers issued in exchange processes and as change
  • Corrections – it displays the value of issued document corrections, excluding corrections of advances
  • Average Sales Value
  • Average Value of Sold Items – it is calculated on the basis of the sum of quantities of all trade document items, regardless of units of measure used
  • Number of Trade Documents Issued
  • Number of Items Sold – it is calculated as the sum of trade document items (as it is possible to use different units of measure)
  • Percentage of Granted Discounts – it displays a percentage value of the quotient of granted discounts and total sales
  • Number of Vouchers Sold
  • Number of Issued Corrections
  • Returned Items – it is calculated on the basis of RQC, SIQC, and manual corrections (except for invoices generated from receipt corrections)
  • Average Number of Items in a Document

Additionally, if loyalty cards have been defined on the POS workstation, the window displays the Loyalty Program section, presenting the following fields:

  • Issued Loyalty Cards – it presents the number of activated cards
  • Documents with Loyalty Card – it presents the number of issued trade documents with an assigned loyalty card number
  • Documents without Loyalty Card – it presents the number of issued trade documents without an assigned loyalty card number

Moreover, if the functionality of entry/exit counters has been configured, the window displays the section Visit Counter, presenting the following fields:

  • Entry Count Daily
  • Entry Count in Last Hour
