Below you will find the minimum requirements necessary for proper operation of Comarch POS.
Note
Premises:
- 200,000 lot objects
- 200,000 customers in the POS database
If the POS database should contain more objects, a separate evaluation and testing should be carried out.
- OS: Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Processor:
- Recommended: Intel Core i5 4th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent (CPU benchmark score of 5000 points – to ensure acceptable response)
- Minimum: Intel Core i3 or AMD Ryzen 3 equivalent (CPU benchmark score of 3000 points – to ensure acceptable responsiveness)
- RAM: 8 GB (or more)
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2
- Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022 Express
- Collation Latin1_General_CI_AS
- SSD hard drive:
- Recommended: 40GB of free space
- Minimum: 20GB of free space (+ space for additional data, such as item images)
Note
The operating system and SQL version requirements are based on current support from Microsoft.
Note
Minimum requirements for Microsoft Windows system and Microsoft SQL Server system need to be appropriately met depending on how the workstation is loaded by other software or operations being performed.
During the installation of Comarch POS application, Comarch ERP Auto Update verifies the installed version of Microsoft .NET Framework component. If the component is missing or its version is lower than required, the component will be installed in a required version.
