Below you will find the minimum requirements necessary for proper operation of Comarch POS.
Note
Premises:
- 200,000 lot objects
- 200,000 customers in the POS database
If the POS database should contain more objects, a separate evaluation and testing should be carried out.
Minimum Requirements for Comarch POS and Comarch POS Agent (on separate machines):
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
- Minimum Processor: Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 (min. 6,000 PassMark score)
Note
The processor must be on the list of supported processors for Windows 11 (typically Intel 8th gen+ / Ryzen 2000+).
- RAM: 16 GB (or more)
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8
- Microsoft SQL Server Express 2019/2022/2025
- Collation: Latin1_General_CI_AS
- Hard Drive: SSD, minimum 40 GB of free space (+ extra space for additional data – e.g., item images).
Note
The following must also be taken into account:
- Minimum requirements of Microsoft Windows
- Minimum requirements of Microsoft SQL Server
The workstation’s load from other software or the volume of operations performed.
Minimum Requirements for Comarch POS and Comarch POS Agent (on the same machine)
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
- Minimum Processor: Intel i7 / Ryzen 7 (min. 12,000 PassMark score)
Note
The processor must be on the list of supported processors for Windows 11 (typically Intel 8th gen+ / Ryzen 2000+).

- Hard Drive: SSD, minimum 80 GB of free space (+ extra space for additional data – e.g., item images).
During the installation of the Comarch POS application, Comarch Auto Update verifies the version of the installed Microsoft .NET Framework component. If this component is missing or a lower version is detected, the required version will be installed automatically.
