Comarch e-Shop synchronization protocol version 17
Comarch ERP Standard 2025.0 is compatible with the latest version of Comarch e-Shop owing to the adapted synchronization mechanism to the requirements of protocol 17. Depending on the owned Comarch e-Shop version, specify the following under the Synchronization tab:
- 2020.4 – protocol version 12 will be used
- 2021.0 – protocol version 16 will be used
- 2024.3 – protocol version 17 will be used
The protocol enhances the following:
- Synchronization of new sources of origin for the customer
- Synchronization of new sources of origin for the sales order
- Synchronization of payment form and the number of days to make payment from the customer form
- Synchronization of loyalty card from the CRM tab on the form of customer associated with that card
- No price list synchronization in the full export mode when there were no price list changes
- Import of new marketing channels from e-Shop, which will be saved under Generic Directories → General → Contact Types
- Import of attachments to ERP Standard, which were added to an e-Shop order
- Export of loyalty points from Comarch ERP Standard → customer form → CRM tab → Number of Points field to e-Shop
- Support for multiple item UPC codes
Changes to item price synchronization
Item price synchronization has changed in the synchronization protocol:
- The default price is a mandatory value and must be uploaded for each item
- If the default price is missing, the import will fail causing the item synchronization process to terminate
Control TIN uniqueness parameter
A new parameter Control TIN uniqueness has been added on the form of e-Commerce center → Synchronization tab → Customers section. It is deselected, by default.
When activated, the system verifies during synchronization with e-Shop whether a customer with a given TIN already exists in the ERP database. If a duplicate is identified, the customers are automatically associated, and if the customer is not yet assigned to the e-Commerce center, they are added to it.
Importing currency exchange rate from Comarch ERP Standard to e-Shop
In order to avoid problems synchronizing currency exchange rates from Standard to e-Shop, it is recommended to use codes of type PLN, USD instead of symbols (special characters), e.g., ₡ (Costa Rican Colon), ¥ (Japanese Yen), ₺ (Turkish Lira) in the Symbol field on the currency form.
Renamed shipping method by InPost parcel locker
The shipping method by InPost parcel locker has been renamed. The name InPost Paczkomat is now displayed instead of Pickup.
