Comarch Logs View

A new application Comarch Logs View was released along with the latest release of Comarch ERP Standard. This is a web-based tool and it is intended as a support to Clients and Business Partners to track and handle issues reported by the installed Comarch applications. The first application version monitors Comarch ERP Standard component and the synchronization service – Comarch Data Service. In subsequent application versions, it will be possible to monitor other components, as well.

Comarch Logs View application provides the following main features:

  • Monitoring of Comarch applications by communicating issues
  • Verification of reported issues-related logs
  • Remote download of logs (on request)
  • Sending of alerts by e-mail
  • Configuration of application user’s privileges
